Haven Cottage in Ambleside is a go-to hotel! It's perfectly clean and nicely appointed. The views over the Loughrigg hills are delightful. The location is magnificent and incredible, being really close to shops, pubs, and Copt Howe. 

The building and rooms here offer great views.

The location of Haven Cottage is stunning, close to restaurants, pubs, and the center of Ambleside. The staff are very welcoming. The unit is attractively furnished. The breakfast spread is absolutely superb. 

The location is great, just 5 km from Rydal Water Lake. The room had outstanding views of the hills.- The breakfasts were delicious with freshly made food.

The hotel's position was perfect, so close to the outskirts of the village, and Windermere 10/10. The breakfast was savoury with locally sourced ingredients, the personal touches, poached egg, so much to pick from.  

The rooms are spacious and newly decorated, the breakfast is freshly made, and the location is excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this hotel! The venue itself was perfectly clean and quaint. The location was magnificent for Ambleside, near to local walks / restaurants, a ferry, and Ambleside in the future. It was good to be 5 km away from Walnut 

Great staff - they were super attentive 😊 and took great care of us. The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of options like homemade bread and fresh fruit. It had such a nice homemade touch to it.

Comfortable unit with a beautiful bath in the corner, a nice little balcony, and sheets on the bed instead of a duvet. 🛀
